HEAD OF GROWTH AND OPERATIONS
Overview
I was brought in to help build and operate Native Medical from the ground up, working across brand strategy, positioning, website execution, fulfillment systems, creator-led growth, affiliate infrastructure, AI-assisted outreach, and day-to-day operations. My role sat between growth lead, operator, and project manager, with responsibility for turning the company from an early concept into a functioning e-commerce business with repeatable systems.
I helped grow Native Medical from $2,000 to $360,000 ARR in five months, with 79% of orders sourced directly through social media channels.
Brand, Positioning & Website
I helped shape the company’s brand direction, product positioning, customer-facing messaging, and website experience. I hired and project-managed a graphic designer for product and packaging design, a UI/UX designer for web and mobile design, and a developer for website creation and ongoing upkeep.
Growth & Creator Marketing
I built the company’s creator-led growth system around UGC, influencer partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and social media outreach. I warmed and operated 10+ TikTok accounts across seven iPhones, created content across those accounts, and used them to source and contact potential creators.
I also created and managed a UGC campaign Discord server with 50+ creators across multiple compensation models, including CPM, affiliate, and retainer structures.
AI-Agent Outreach Systems
I built AI-agent workflows to support the creator acquisition process from identification to outreach, follow-up, and closing. This allowed us to scale creator sourcing and outreach volume without relying entirely on manual work.
Operations, Fulfillment & Systems
I helped set up the operating systems behind the business, including fulfillment coordination, affiliate tracking, payout tracking, creator pipelines, content testing, outreach workflows, SOPs, and team accountability.
I built the company’s Notion teamspace to manage internal workflows, deadlines, creator tracking, affiliate payouts, team responsibilities, and project execution.
Team & Contractor Management
I sourced and managed three virtual assistants to increase lead generation and outreach volume. I also managed outside contractors across design, UI/UX, development, website maintenance, and operational execution.
Affiliate Infrastructure
I built the affiliate payout infrastructure through WooCommerce, allowing the business to onboard creators, track affiliate performance, and manage payout visibility more effectively.
